As President of the Automotive Design Club, I led a team of talented designers and engineers in developing the wrap for Iowa State University’s 2026 Solar Car. It was a challenging but rewarding experience, guiding engineers through the design process, from mood boards to ideation to final concept, while also mentoring sophomore Industrial Design students by sharing insights from my past two years. I’m grateful for the opportunity and excited to eventually reveal the final design. Our process began with ideation, using a folder of inspirations provided by the Solar Car Team as a foundation. From there, we refined the design through iterative feedback, making adjustments and improvements at each stage to align with their vision.
